Accordingly, the Designated Persons have been intimated not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window. 
 
The date of the Board Meeting of the Company for approval of Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ending June 30, 2026 will be intimated in due course.
