Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, we hereby inform you that IKS Inc. has completed the first tranche of investment of USD 2,840,000 by subscribing to 2,840,000 Common Units of the WWMG MSO. Upon completion of this first tranche of investment, IKS Inc’s holding in WWMG MSO has increased from 48.02% to 51.88% of the outstanding equity interests.
