The Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed from July 01, 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited Financial Results of the Company, for the quarter ended June 30, 2026.

We would like to inform that pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and amendment thereto ("Regulations") and Code of Practices & Procedures for Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information adopted by the Company, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed from July 01, 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited Financial Results of the Company, for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The date of meeting of the Board of Directors, to approve the Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 will be informed in due course.
