Closure of Trading Window

The trading window shall remain closed till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter ended 31 March 2026.

This is with reference to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015, as amended and the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading (the "Code") under the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed for the Insiders covered under the Code, w.r.f April 1st, 2026 after the Publication of and shall continue to remain closed till 48 (Forty Eight) hours after the dissemination of the Un-audited Standalone & Consolidated Financial Results of the Company (both days inclusive) for the quarter ended 31st March, 2026.
