In terms of the Definitive Agreements, the inter-se roles and responsibilities of the consortium members are clearly demarcated, with Antony Road Transport, as the Lead Member to hold a 74% stake, bearing sole and exclusive responsibility for business development, fleet procurement, financing/funding requirements, day-to-day running and overall operational management of the electric bus fleet held by the SPV, leveraging its established industry expertise in the road transport sector, while the Company, as the Strategic Member to hold a 26% stake, shall be responsible for providing bus cleaning, sanitation and allied hygiene-management services to the SPV’s fleet, thereby extending the Company’s proprietary ‘Click2Clean’ service offering into the electric mobility ecosystem.
