The SPA includes ‘CALL and PUT options’ for acquiring the remaining 40% stake in the Target companies, which shall be exercised over a period of five years commencing from June 2026.OthersEOSpA has on 29th June, 2026 executed a transfer agreement for acquisition of additional 8% stake in the Target Companies.Consequent to the aforesaid acquisition, EOSpA’s shareholding in Target Companies has increased from 60% to 68%. The acquisition of additional shares was informed by EOSpA to the Company today i.e. 1st July, 2026.
