In this regard and pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the loan portfolio of KMIL, aggregating to an outstanding amount of Rs. 9,587.62 crore as on July 1, 2026, stand directly assigned to the Bank, with effect from the same date.
