In furtherance of and incidental to object 1 above, to operate, manage and maintain specialized cardiac hospitals, heart care centres, cardiology clinics, nursing homes, day-care centres, outpatient and inpatient facilities, ICCUs, diagnostic, pathology and imaging centres, laboratories, pharmacies, dispensaries and other allied healthcare facilities and to provide comprehensive cardiology, cardiac, cardiovascular and allied healthcare services, including consultation, diagnosis, investigation, preventive, therapeutic, interventional, surgical, emergency, critical care, rehabilitative and post-treatment services, through qualified medical and healthcare professionals, including non-invasive, minimally invasive, interventional and surgical procedures such as ECG, echocardiography, cardiac imaging, catheterisation, angiography, angioplasty, stent procedures, pacemaker implantation, electrophysiology, cardiac surgery, bypass and openheart surgery, and to undertake diagnostic, pathological, clinical, biochemical and imaging investigations; establish and operate pharmacies and procure, store, sell, supply and dispense medicines, medical devices, implants, equipment, consumables and other healthcare products; undertake and promote research, clinical research, studies, education, training, awareness programmes, seminars, conferences and continuing medical education in cardiology, cardiovascular healthcare and allied fields; and to acquire, develop, lease, license or otherwise provide land, buildings, infrastructure, equipment, technology and other facilities and undertake all activities incidental, ancillary or conducive thereto, subject to applicable laws, licences, permissions and regulatory approvals. Provided that, for so long as the Concession Agreement subsists, the Company shall not undertake, carry on or engage in any business, activity or undertaking other than the Project and activities directly incidental or ancillary thereto, and the exercise of every object and power herein shall be subject to, and shall not be inconsistent with, the terms of the concession Agreement.
