This is subject to completion of the first tranche of the said acquisition, upon which RPLPL will become a step-down subsidiary of the Company. &lt;BR&gt;

The proposed investment will be made in one or more tranches within a period of 1 (one) year from the date of closing of first tranche of the original acquisition disclosed on June 12, 2026, by way of subscription to, or purchase of, Equity Shares, Preference Shares, Compulsorily Convertible Debentures (CCDs), or any other permissible securities/instruments, in accordance with applicable laws and definitive agreements. The specific instrument(s), price and number of securities will be determined at the time of each tranche, and the Company will make appropriate disclosures in accordance with the SEBI Listing Regulations. &lt;BR&gt;
