As previously informed, the first phase of the transaction, pertaining to the secondary acquisition of shares had been completed and duly registered with Dubai Multi Commodities Centre Authority. Consequent thereto, the shareholding of the Company in ETT presently stands at 34%. The subsequent phase relating to primary subscription to freshly issued shares is presently under process and is expected to be completed upon conclusion of the remaining procedural and regulatory formalities. In this regard, the Company hereby further informs that the completion of the aforesaid transaction is expected to extend by an additional period of 180 business days beyond the previously extended timeline. The Company continues to pursue the completion of the aforesaid transaction and will keep the Stock Exchanges duly informed of any further material developments in accordance with the applicable regulatory requirements.2026-05-152027-07-15The subsequent phase relating to primary subscription to freshly issued shares is presently under process and is expected to be completed upon conclusion of the remaining procedural and regulatory formalities.
