RTPL has allotted 3,42,147 Equity shares of Face Value of Rs. 10 each by way of rights issue to the Company pursuant to the said investment. The aforesaid investment will not cause any change in the shareholding of the Company in RTPL, and it will continue to be wholly owned subsidiary of the Company.
