The Company in its disclosure dated 12th February, 2026 informed about the aforesaid proposal of acquisition with the “indicative time for completion of acquisition” was expected to be completed by 30th June, 2026 from the date of acceptance of sale of Equity Shares by the Existing Shareholders of the Target Company.


Further to the disclosure dated 12th February, 2026 the Company through update letter dated 23rd June, 2026, informed that the above said acquisition will be completed on or before 30th September 2026.

In continuation to the disclosure dated 12th February, 2026 and 23rd June, 2026 now the Company through this updated letter, brings to your kind notice that the above said acquisition was completed successfully on 27th August, 2026.
