We are pleased to inform that the Company has executed a Share Purchase Agreement with Bhilwara Energy Limited and LNJ Greenpet Private Limited today i.e. on 21st January, 2026 and has made payment of purchase consideration of ₹ 20.01 crore for acquisition of 2,00,10,000 equity shares of the face value of ₹ 10/- each constituting 100% of paid-up capital of LNJ Greenpet.
