Private Limited a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company with and into the Company pursuant to the provisions of Section 230 to 232 of the Companies Act 2013 The scheme is subject to the approval of Honble National Company Law Tribunal Chandigarh Bench</in-capmkt:BriefDetailsOfInitialAnnouncement><in-capmkt:ReasonForUpdate contextRef="OneD">Others</in-capmkt:ReasonForUpdate><in-capmkt:OtherUpdates contextRef="OneI">This is in furtherance to our earlier intimation dated 22nd October 2024 17th May 2025 17th April 2026 30th March 2026 30th April 2026 8th June 2026 15th July 2026 and 19th August 2026 pertaining to the Scheme of Amalgamation between AmberPR Technoplast India Private Limited the Wholly Owned Subsidiary of the Company with and into Amber Enterprises India Limited pursuant to the provisions of Section 230 to 232 of the Companies Act 2013

In this regard we would like to inform the exchanges that the Order dated 25th September 2026 passed by the Honble National Company Law Tribunal Chandigarh Bench in CPCAA No 18ChdPb2026 connected with CACAA No 11ChdPb2026 was received by the Company on 1st October 2026 Pursuant to the said Order the Honble Tribunal noted that both the Income Tax Department and the Official Liquidator have submitted reports raising no objections or adverse observations and the Honble Tribunal further granted two weeks to the other concerned statutory authorities to file their reports failing which it shall be presumed that they have no objections and directed the companies to submit their response if any within one week thereafter The matter is listed for further consideration on 23rd October 2026 A copy of the aforesaid Order is enclosed herewith as Annexure A
