Accordingly, the Hon’ble Court disposed off the Section 9 Petition and directed that parties may pursue the rights and remedies available to them. The Company and JPFL Films undertook to preserve all documents and company records in their possession and control in relation to the dispute. Further, in relation to the Petition (as detailed in the Earlier Intimation), the Investor has filed Originating Application HC/OA 1179/2026 before the General Division of the High Court of the Republic of Singapore seeking, inter alia, anti-suit injunctive relief in respect of the Petition filed by the Company (as intimated in the Earlier Intimation), in which an interim anti-suit injunction was granted on 2 November 2026.
