Vishwanatha Shetty, former Judge of the High Court of Karnataka, vide arbitral award dated October 14, 2026, in Arbitration Case No. 307/2024, E to E Transportation Infrastructure Limited vs. IRCON International Limited, has passed an award in favour of E To E Transportation Infrastructure Ltd and awarded an aggregate amount of ₹3,39,70,809 in favour of the Company, comprising refund of the performance bank guarantee deposit, retention money and interest. The amount is payable within four months from the date of the award, failing which interest at 17.25% per annum shall be payable on the entire awarded amount from the expiry of the said period.CompanyPlease note that, at the time of institution of the arbitral proceedings, the Company was not listed.
