Pursuant to the Loan Agreement and the ancillary agreements thereto, FHTL has agreed to provide a loan to SLJ Society up to an amount of INR 5,67,00,00,000 (Indian Rupees Five Hundred Sixty Seven Crores only) for the purposes of, inter alia, construction, upgradation and operation of the Hospital of SLJ Society. The loan amount will be disbursed in multiple tranches over the next 3-4 years basis construction progress and as per terms mutually agreed. In furtherance of loan, SLJ Society has created appropriate security in favour of FHTL. Under the Healthcare Services Agreement, FHTL shall be entitled to a service fee which shall be certain percentage of the revenue generated by the Hospital operated by SLJ Society. As security for the performance by FHTL of its obligations under the Healthcare Services Agreement, FHTL has provided an interest free refundable security deposit to SLJ Society.
