The Company shall provide a Corporate Guarantee up to an overall maximum limit of ₹100 Crores. 
The said Corporate Guarantee shall secure the financial obligations arising in connection with the issuance of NCDs by Buildmex Infra Private Limited, a Material Subsidiary of the Company, to Stride Ventures Debt Fund 4.

Corporate Guarantee from the Company, Arisunitern RE Solutions Private Limited: 
The Arisunitern Re Solutions Private Limited shall provide a Corporate Guarantee up to an overall maximum limit of ₹80 Crores. 
The said Corporate Guarantee shall secure the financial obligations arising in connection with the issuance of NCDs by Buildmex Infra Private Limited, a Subsidiary of the Arisinfra Solution Limited, to Stride Ventures Debt Fund 4.</in-capmkt:BriefDetailsOfGuaranteeOrIndemnityOrSurety><in-capmkt:SignificantTermsAndConditionsOfGuaranteeOrIndemnityOrSurety contextRef="MainI">The obligations of the Corporate Guarantors  shall continue until the outstanding Debt has been irrevocably repaid and discharged in full.</in-capmkt:SignificantTermsAndConditionsOfGuaranteeOrIndemnityOrSurety><in-capmkt:AmountOfGuaranteeOrIndemnityOrSurety contextRef="MainI" unitRef="INR" decimals="0">1000000000</in-capmkt:AmountOfGuaranteeOrIndemnityOrSurety><in-capmkt:ImpactOfGuaranteeOrIndemnityOrSuretyOnListedEntity contextRef="MainI">Impact of such guarantee on Listed Entity, Arisinfra Solutions Limited:

This guarantee has been provided to the material subsidiary which is part of the consolidated group. At this point, there is no impact of this guarantee on the Company.


Impact of such guarantee on Arisunitern RE Solutions Private Limited:
The Corporate Guarantee shall be provided is a contingent liability for the Arisunitern RE Solutions Private Limited.

The guarantee shall be provided as Buildmex-Infra Private Limited, forms part of the consolidated group. As on date, there is no impact of the said guarantee on Arisunitern RE Solutions Private Limited.</in-capmkt:ImpactOfGuaranteeOrIndemnityOrSuretyOnListedEntity></xbrli:xbrl>
