The performance appraisal and selection process of eligible employees and grants to be made shall be governed by mandatory performance criteria, which shall consist of a combination of both corporate and individual performance metrics at the time of Grant and individual performance metrics at the time of vesting.trueThe total number of shares covered under these Options shall be 2,38,294 (Two Lakhs Thirty Eight Thousand Two Hundred Ninety Four).The exercise price per option shall be determined by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and shall be subject to the ESOS-2026.The Exercise Period for vested Options shall be a maximum of 3 (three) years commencing from the relevant date of Vesting of Options, as determined by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and shall be set out in the Grant Letter.
