The Court has approved the form and manner of notice to the settlement class, appointed Analytics as Settlement Administrator, and directed issuance of notice to settlement class members on or before 10 September 2026. The Court has also established timelines for submission of claims, requests for exclusions and objections, which are required to be submitted on or before 9 December 2026, and has fixed the final approval hearing on 12 January 2027. The settlement remains subject to final approval by the Court following completion of the notice and claims administration process.
