Upon execution of the Agreement, the Company shall be granted licence rights to establish, operate and manage the Wellness Centre comprising thirty (30) luxury guest rooms, five (5) consultation/treatment rooms, exclusive operational rights over five (5) operational spa treatment rooms together with proportionate common spa area, dedicated retail area and other allied operational facilities for providing Ayurveda, Panchakarma, Preventive Healthcare, Wellness Retreats, Health Transformation Programmes and allied healthcare services. The proposed Agreement shall be for a licence term of eleven (11) months commencing from the Commercial Readiness Date. Upon expiry of the licence term, the Agreement shall not continue automatically, and any continuation of the commercial relationship shall be subject to execution of a fresh Room Block & Services Licence Agreement by mutual written consent of the parties. The collaboration is expected to contribute positively towards the Company's long-term business growth, operational scalability and revenue generation.
