III) The order directs us to deposit INR 2,72,50,894/- (Rupees two crores seventy two lakhs fifty thousand eight hundred and ninety four only) accessed for the period September 2014 to March 2019 in the respective accounts, within 60 days from the receipt of this order and the paid challans to be produced in support thereof before the authority thereafter IV) The order also directs the PF department to initiate separate inquiry under section 14B & 7Q of the Act for belated payment and interest after receipt of the outstanding dues assessed under section 7A, of the Act. v) The Company had furnished supporting records and submissions and is of the view that these have not been duly considered in the order.1.Order amount : Rupees 2,72,50,894/-, 2.We may be subject to additional interest on the above amount if and to the extent determined by the EPFO in a sperate inquiry under Section 14B and 7 Q of the Act.” 3.
