<in-capmkt:RemarksWebsiteDissemination contextRef="OneI">1) The Trading Window of the Company will remain closed till 48 hours after the declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended 30-06-2023 to the Stock Exchanges. The date of the Board Meeting to consider the Financial Results will be intimated in due course. However, we have tentatively mentioned 17-08-2023 in the field ”Trading Window End date” as the same is mandatory. 2) We have submitted intimation in pdf on 12-07-2023, which is in compliance with Reg 29 of SEBI LODR which requires that intimation shall be given to stock exchange at least two working days in advance, excluding the date of the intimation and date of the meeting i.e. 17-07-2023.
