<in-capmkt:RemarksWebsiteDissemination contextRef="OneI">Pursuant to Regulations 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company scheduled to be held on Thursday, June 19, 2025, wherein the Board of Director shall, interalia, consider and may approve the Employee Stock Option Scheme in terms of SEBI (Share Based Employee Benefits and Sweat Equity) Regulations, 2021. Further, pursuant to requirements of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading adopted by Samvardhana Motherson International Limited (‘SAMIL’ / ‘Company’), the trading window for dealing in the securities of SAMIL shall remain closed for all designated persons including Promoters, Directors, Key Managerial Personnel, Designated Employees and their connected persons, immediately from the date of this notice, since a meeting of the Board of Directors of SAMIL is scheduled to be held on Thursday, June 19, 2025, at shorter notice.
