Annual Standalone and Consolidated Financial Statements for the financial year ended on 31st March 2025 after these results are reviewed by the Audit Committee of the Board. 2. Subject to approval of shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting, recommendation of final dividend for the Financial Year 2024-25, if any.
