In the event of the 2nd Interim dividend is declared by the Board of Directors, the record date for the same pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 shall be 05th February 2025. The trading window has already been closed with effect from 1st January, 2025 pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 for all the Directors, Key Managerial Persons, Designated Persons and the Connected Persons covered under the said regulations and shall remain closed till 31st January, 2025 for the purpose of declaration of unaudited financial results and 2nd interim dividend.
