<in-capmkt:RemarksWebsiteDissemination contextRef="OneI">In terms of the Company’s “Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons” and the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended by the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018, read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/ISD/ISD-SEC-4/P/CIR/2022/107 dated August 05, 2022, and since the proposed Board Meeting for sub-division / split of shares is scheduled at the closure of the current quarter, and window closure associated with this meeting overlaps with the stipulated quarterly results related window closure, hence, the trading window for trading / dealing in shares of the Company is being closed with immediate effect (around 6:40 P.M. on 24/09/2024) and shall remain closed till two days after the declaration of un-audited financial results for the quarter and six months ended September 30, 2024 for Designated Persons of the Company.
