In terms of Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Friday, 14th August 2026, inter-alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter ended on 30th June 2026 and any other Agenda Items etc. 

With reference to the earlier intimation dated 29th June 2026 in terms of Company’s Code of Conduct for Trading by Designated Persons and their immediate relative under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company will remain closed till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results.
