In continuation of our earlier intimations on the Stock Exchanges dated June 27, 2026, regarding Closure of Trading Window, the Trading Window for dealing in Securities of the Company for the Designated Persons, has been already closed from July 1, 2026, and shall remain close till the expiry of 48 Hours after the declaration of the Financial Results for the 01st Quarter ended on June 30, 2026, for the Financial Year 2026-27 and the Trading Window shall re-open thereafter.</in-capmkt:RemarksWebsiteDissemination></xbrli:xbrl>
