Further as informed earlier, as per SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time, and Company’s internal code of Prohibition of Insider Trading (“code”), the Trading Window for dealing in the Securities of the Company for Directors, KMP’s, Designated Persons, of Company defined under the code, has already been closed from July 1st ,2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended 30th June’ 2026.
