Further, in continuation to our earlier intimation dated March 26, 2026, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company by all designated persons and
their immediate relatives has been closed from April 01, 2026 and shall remain closed till 48 hours after declaration of audited financial results in terms of Company’s “Insider Trading Code”, framed pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended.
