Further, it is informed that as per Company's Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders framed pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018 and as informed, the Trading Window is already closed from Wednesday, July  01, 2026 till the expiry of 48 (Forty Eight) hours after declaration of the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30,  2026.
