The Bank may evaluate the potential fund raising, as necessary in future, and in order to have the requisite enabling shareholders resolution(s) in place in terms of applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and the rules made thereunder and applicable regulations, it is proposed to include appropriate special resolution(s) i.e., raising of funds/ borrowings as mentioned in (1) and (2) above, in the Notice of forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Bank.
