Please be informed that the trading window of the Company is already closed for the designated persons of the Company, from Wednesday, 1st April, 2026, for the purpose of consideration of Audited Financial Results of the Company, for the quarter and year ended on 31st March, 2026. The trading window shall be deemed to be closed in respect of the aforementioned buyback proposal as well, in accordance with applicable laws.
