November 25, 2025 and who holds office up to the date of ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company in terms of section 161 of the Act and in respect of whom the Company has received a notice in writing from a member under Section 160 of the Act, proposing his candidature for the office of a Director of the Company, be and is hereby appointed as a Non-Executive, Non-Independent Director of the Company, liable to retire by rotation.
