The resolution was described as an “Ordinary Resolution” instead of a “Special Resolution”, as required under Regulation 25(2A) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“SEBI Listing Regulations”). Accordingly, every reference to “Ordinary Resolution” in relation to the said appointment in the Postal Ballot Notice shall be read as “Special Resolution”.
