[3]The Consolidated audited financial results are prepared in accordance with the Accounting Standards Prescribed urder Section 133 of the Companies Act,2013 read with Rule 7 of the Companies (Accounts) Rules, 2014 (as amended) and other recognised accounting practices and policies, as applicable. [4]The statement includes the results for the half year ended 31st March, '24 being the balancing figure between audited figures in respect of the full financial year and the Audited figures in respect of 1st half year of the current financial year 2023-24.
