The above standalone audited financial results have been prepared in accordance with the Accounting Standards prescribed under Section 133 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with relevant rules issued thereunder and other accounting principles generally accepted in India and have been audited by the Statutory Auditors of the Company. 2. The above standalone audited financial results have been reviewed and recommended by the Audit Committee and approved by the Board of Directors of the Company at their respective meetings held on 30th May, 2024. The Statutory Auditors have expressed an unmodified audit opinion on the above standalone audited financial results for the half year and year ended 31st March, 2024. Segment Reporting as defined in Accounting Standard 17 is not applicable, as the business of the company falls in one segment. There were no investor complaints, known to the Company, outstanding as on the half year ended 31st March, 2024. The figures for the current half year ended 31st March, 2024 and half year ended 31st March, 2023 are the balancing figures between the audited figures in respect of the full financial year ended 31st March, 2024 and 31st March, 2023. Previous period s year's figures have been reclassified regrouped rearranged, wherever considered necessary so as to make them comparable with current period's year's figures. Basic and Diluted Earnings Per Share of periods presented have been calculated based on the weighted average number of shares outstanding in respective periods. During the year ended 31st March 2024, the Company has issued and allotted 48,00,000 equity shares of Rs. 10 each fully paid up for cash at a price of Rs 75 each including premium of Rs 65 each by way of Initial Public Offer aggregating to Rs 3,600 Lakhs and got listd on Emerge Platform of National Stock Exchange of India Limited on 18th March, 2024. Accordingly, the above Results are drawn up for the first-time in accordance with the Regulation 33 of the SEBI Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements Regulations, 2015, as amended.
