The above consolidated financial results of Mufin Green Finance Limited (hereinafter referred to as the Holding Company or ''the Company'') and its Subsidiaries (together referred to as a group) for the quarter ended June 30, 2024, have been prepared in accordance with the recognition and measurement principles laid down in Indian Accounting Standard (Ind AS) prescribed under Section 133 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with relevant rules issued thereunder and other accounting principles generally accepted in India and in accordance with the requirements of Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended. 3. On August 01, 2024, the Company has issued and allotted 300 Secured, Unlisted, Non-Convertible Debenture of the Face Value of Rs.10,00,000 each, aggregating to Rs. 30,00,00,000 by way of private placement. 4. The Company has allotted 5,00,000 Equity Shares of face value of Re.1 each fully paid up at an exercise price of Rs.55 per equity share (including premium of Rs.54 per equity share) to share warrant holders on October 04, 2024. 5. The Group’s main business is Financing and Investing. All activities are carried out within India. Accordingly, there are no reportable segments as per Ind AS 108 - ‘Operating Segments’. 6.
