This is to inform that as per the Company's Internal Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company would remain closed for all designated persons including promoters, directors, key managerial personnel, employees, connected persons and their immediate relatives with effect from July 1, 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ending on June 30, 2026. The date of the Board Meeting for declaration of the financial results of the Company for the quarter ending on June 30, 2026, will be intimated in due course.
