As the aforesaid transfer was effected by way of gift, no consideration was involved in the transaction. This value has been computed based on the closing market price of the Company’s securities on the BSE as on 28 August 2026, i.e., INR 3,859.80 per security, being the higher of the closing market prices quoted on the BSE and NSE.
