An amount equivalent to 25% of the Warrant Price i. e. Rs. 31.50/- per warrant, being the Warrant Subscription Price, aggregating to Rs. 659,76,05,857.50/- (Rupees Six Hundred Fifty Nine Crore Seventy-Six Lakh Five Thousand Eight Hundred Fifty Seven and Fifty paise Only) is paid at the time of subscription and allotment of Warrants and the balance 75% of the Warrant Price i.e. Rs. 94.50/- per warrant, being the Warrant Exercise Price, (assuming all the currently outstanding convertible Warrants will be fully converted into Equity Shares) shall be payable at the time of allotment of Equity Shore pursuant to exercise of the options attached to Warrants to subscribe to Equity Shares.
