The fine was imposed by the National Stock Exchange of India Limited on account of an inadvertent omission in the submission made under Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The Company had timely submitted the financial results; however, the Statement on Impact of Audit Qualifications was inadvertently omitted from the initial filing. Upon receipt of the communication from NSE, the Company immediately submitted the requisite document, completed the compliance, and filed a waiver application. The waiver application is presently under consideration.
