The correct disclosure should have stated that the acquisition constitutes 5% of the equity share capital of Trulot. The figure of "25%" was inadvertently mentioned due to a typographical mistake and we sincerely regret the oversight. This discrepancy arose due to a typographical error and was purely inadvertent, with no malafide intention behind the same.
