The above unaudited standalone financial results for the quarter ended 30th June 2023 were reviewed by the Audit Committee of the Board on 12th August 2023 and thereafter approved by the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on 12th August 2023. 2.The above unaudited standalone financial results for the quarter ended 30th June 2023 were reviewed by the Statutory Auditor of the Company, under Regulation 33 of Securities & Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended. An unqualified limited review report was issued by them thereon. 3.These standalone financial results have been prepared in accordance with the recognition and measurement principles of Ind AS notified under the Companies (Indian Accounting Standards) Rules, 2015, as amended from time to time and other generally accepted accounting practices and principles. 4. The Company has only one operating & reportable segment i.e., Education activities, during the quarter ended 30th June, 2023 therefore disclosures as required by Ind-As 108, ‘Operating Segments’ are not given. 5. The figures for the quarter ended 31st March, 2023 as reported in these financial results are the balancing figures between the audited figures in respect of the full previous financial year and the published year-to-date figures up to the end of the third quarter of the previous financial year, which were subjected to limited review. 6. The figures of the previous year / period / quarter are regrouped / rearranged / reclassified, wherever necessary.
