The consolidated financial results have been prepared in accordance with Companies ( Indian Accounting standards) Rules ,2016, prescribed under Section 133 of the Companies Act,2013, read with relevant rules issued thereunder and other recognised accounting practises and policies to the extent applicable . The Unaudited financial results relates to Bal Pharma its subsidiaries, joint ventures and associates and are prepared by applying IND AS 110'Companies Financial Statements' and IND AS 28 , investments in associates and joint ventures. 3. The group has not received any intimmation with regards to its vendors registration as Micro, small and medium enterprises and accordingly the entire dues to the vendors has been classified as payable to other then MSME's. 4. The figures for the year/quarter ended March 31,2023 are the balancing figures between the audited figures in respect of the full financial year and unaudited year todate figures upto 3rd quarter of the relevant financial year which were subjected to limited review by the statutory auditors. 5. The Company has only one reportable segment i.e Pharmaceuticles. 6. The Company has filed application with NCLT for merger of Godlen Drugs Pvt Ltd , a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company. 7. The Company has made the grant of 4,16,500 stock options to the employees under 'Bal Pharma Ltd Employee Stock Option Scheme ' 2014, these options willl vest in line with the scheme. 8.Previous period figures hasve been regrouped/rearranged whereever required to confirm to the period presenation.
