The standalone financial results have been reviewed by the audit committee and approved by the Board at their respective meetings held on 11.08.2023. 2. The standalone financial results have been prepared in accordance with the Companies ( Indian accounting standards ) Rules 2015 prescribed under Section 133 of the Companies Act,2013 read with relevant rules issued thereunder and other recognised accountinng practises and policies to the extent applicable. 3. The Company has only one reportable segment i.e Pharmaceuticles. 4. The figures for the quarter/year ended 31.03.2023 are the balancing figures with respect to full financial year and unaudited published year to date figures upto the third quarter of the relevant financial year which were subjected to limited review by statutory auditors. 5.The Company has not received any intimation/information with regards to its vendors registration as small, medium enterprises . Accordingly entire dues to the vendors is classified as payable to other then MSME's. 6. The Company filed its applicaction with NCLT for merger of Golden Drugs Pvt Ltd , a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company. 7.The Company has made a grant of 4,16,500 stock options to the employees of the Company during the year 2021.22 under ' Bal Pharma Ltd Employees Stock Option Plan' 2014. The stock options will vest in line with the scheme. 8.Previous period figures have been regrouped/rearranged whereever required to confirm to the period presentation.
