The above unaudited financial results have been reviewed by the Audit Committee and taken on record by the Board of Directors at their meeting held on 14th February, 2022 . The financial results for the Quarter and Nine Month ended 31st December, 2021 have been subjected to limited review by the Company's Statutory Auditors. 2. These results have been prepared in accordance with the IndAS notified under the companies (Indian Accounting Standard) Rules, 2015 (as amended) (Ind AS) prescribed under section 133 of the Companies Act, 2013 and other recognised accounting practices and policies to the extent applicable. 3. The code on Social Security, 2020 ( CODE ) relating to employee benefits during employement and post employement benefits received Presidential assent in September 2020. The code has been published in the Gazette of India. However, the date on which the code will come into effect has not been notified. The Company will assess the impact of the code when it comes into effect and will record any related impact in the period the code becomes effective. 4. The figure for the corresponding (previous year) periods have been regrouped/rearranged wherever necessary to make them comparable. 5. The company has only one segment, therefore segment reporting under IndAS 108 is not required.
