(2) The company is in the business of Processing of Agriculture Hybrid Seeds and therefore the company's business falls within a single business segment of agriculture. (3) The outbreak of Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic globally and in India is causing significant disturbance and slowdown of economic activities. Measures taken to contain the spread of the virus including travel ban, quarantine, social distancing, and closure of non-essential services have triggered significant disruptions resulting in an economic slowdown. The company caters to the famers which is one of the most essential input for them. However, the company has been able to undertake operations under most protected conditions and thus having not much of the impact due to COVID-19 pandemic. (4) The Financial Results have been prepared in accordance with the Companies (Indian Accounting Standards) Rule,2015 (Ind AS) as notified under section 133 of the Companies Act 2013( Act ) and other accounting principles and policies to the extent applicable. (5) The figures for the quarter ended 31st March, 2020 and 31st March, 2021 are the balancing figures between the audited figures in respect of the full financial year and the unaudited published figures up to nine months of the relevant financial year. (6) There were no investor complaints pending /received during the period under review. (7) The figures have been regrouped/rearranged wherever necessary.
