Hence there are no separate operating segments as per with Ind AS 108 -Operating Segments.ttt n n4) Section 115BAA has been inserted in the Income Tax Act. 1961 vide Taxation laws (Amendment) Ordinance. 2019 issued on 20th September 2019 which enables domestic companies to exercise a non-reversible option to pay corporate tax at reduced rates effective 1st April 2019 subject to certain conditions. The Company is currently evaluating this option.tttt n n5) The statement includes results for the quarter ended 31st March 2020 being the balancing figure between audited figures in respect of full financial year and year to date unaudited figures upto the third quarter of the relevant financial year.tttt n n6) The outbreak of Corona virus (COVID-19) globally and in India has impacted businesses and economic activities in general. Though the Company has been able to maintain the revenue but growth has been impacted and there is slight increase only in comparison to the normal growth rate over recent years. The Company expects to fully recover the carrying amounts of the assets and comfortably discharge it obligations. The Company is positive on the long-term business outlook as well as its financial position.
